Rules and Eligibility
Only one entry per Facebook profile and/or email address per Shea Homes division. Entrants may only win one prize regardless of multiple Shea Homes division entries. You need not be a Shea homeowner to participate, you are not required to visit a community or attend a sales presentation, and no purchase or fee is necessary to enter. One winner from each Shea Homes division (6 total) will be drawn at random on June 6, 2012 at approximately 10:00 AM Arizona time and prize sent at no cost to each winner direct from Delta®. Delivery of prize may take up to 4 weeks. Winners will be notified by email. To prevent non-delivery of email notification, please add customer.info@sheahomes.com to your listed of trusted addresses. If winner does not reply within 24 hours of the award date/time, another winner will be selected at random. Prize consists of one new Delta® Touch2O® Pilar kitchen faucet in either chrome or stainless finish. Prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other products. Winners are responsible for taxes, if applicable. Shea Homes and Delta® are not responsible for the installation of the prize. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Entrants must also be legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or the U.S. territories and possessions. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. Employees of Shea Homes and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. In entering the contest you subject yourself to both the Contest Rules and are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted the Rules. Void where prohibited.
