12 Homes Sold Year-to-Date at Messina at La Costa Ridge by Shea Homes

SAN DIEGO (July 16, 2009) – Two homes sold last week at the luxury new-home neighborhood Messina at La Costa Ridge by Shea Homes, bringing year-to-date sales to 12, according to Vanessa Linn, vice president of sales and marketing for the San Diego builder. Five production homes remain available at the Carlsbad community, now selling in its final phase.
