Love to meet new people and make new friends? Then you’ll definitely want to check out the club scene at Trilogy!

At Trilogy communities across the country, our Members are connecting with their neighbors through all kinds of community clubs. They’re finding friends who share their passions—for cycling, singing, tennis, travel, painting, poker, or just about any other interest you can imagine. They’re widening their social circles each time they attend a club meeting and get to know a new neighbor. And they’re filling up their calendars with workshops, outings, parties, and more. All just by joining the club!

The first article in our Club Connections at Trilogy series highlighted five popular clubs that feature some favorite Member hobbies: cooking, photography, astronomy, knitting, and classic cars. For this second article in the series, we’re putting the spotlight on Social Clubs. Of course all of our clubs are meant to be social—but these clubs were specifically formed with the goal of getting Members together to socialize, make new friends, and just enjoy each other’s company.

If you’re a Trilogy Member, you can learn more about all of these clubs by logging in to MyTrilogyLife.com—and if you like what you read below, you’re more than welcome to join the club!

Going Solo Social Club | Trilogy at Verde River
Going Solo is an inclusive club that’s open to all Trilogy at Verde River Members. This Member-led group welcomes all—female, male, single, partnered, and married. The "open-to-all" concept recognizes that many Trilogy at Verde River Members are single, but there are also many others who are “going solo” for other reasons. Perhaps your spouse is still working in another state, or your mate doesn’t share the same schedule or interests. Whatever the reason, come join your Trilogy at Verde River neighbors for outings, adventures, and activities. The monthly Going Solo Social Mixers are a great way to meet new friends, build relationships, and find others who enjoy your same interests.

Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner | Trilogy at The Polo Club
Do you enjoy small dinner parties with good conversation and fabulous home- cooked food? Are you looking for an opportunity to meet new friends in your community? If so, you’ll want to join the “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner” club at Trilogy at The Polo Club! This group organizes home-based dinner parties several times per year, with each dinner consisting of four couples (eight participants). Club members commit to attending two out of three dinners and hosting one dinner in their home. Dinner themes in 2019 have included Mardi Gras, Mangia Italiano, and Fall Comfort. This club wraps up the year with a dinner party grand finale called “We’re All Coming to Dinner!” It’s held outdoors on The Polo Club grounds and includes a customized gourmet dinner prepared by June Hill’s Table (the signature restaurant at The Polo Club). Sound like fun to you? If you’re a Trilogy at The Polo Club Member, log in to MyTrlogyLife.com for details on how you can join the club!

ROMEO (Retired Old Men Eating Out) Club | Trilogy Orlando
Why should the ladies have all the fun? The men of Trilogy Orlando have been gathering for years now, bonding over a shared love of good food and good conversation. “ROMEO” stands for Retired Old Men Eating Out, a perfect description for this club that meets monthly at eating establishments within a reasonable drive of Trilogy Orlando. They frequent old favorites and enjoy giving new restaurants a try. At this point they’ve probably tasted most of the menus within a twenty-mile radius. And yet, the monthly meet-ups never get old, as they’re a chance for neighbors to connect, find new friendships, and share their very best dad jokes around. It’s as much about the company as it is the food. If you’re a Trilogy Orlando Member and you’d like to join your fellow gentleman retirees for a delicious meal and good conversation, log in and visit the ROMEO Club page on MyTrilogyLife.com to learn more.

If you’re considering making the move to Trilogy and are planning to visit soon, feel free to let your New Home Advisor know that you’d like to check out a club meeting. It’s a great way to get a feel for the Trilogy lifestyle while getting to know some of your future Trilogy neighbors. Stay tuned for our next Club Connections article to get to know a few more of the community clubs at Trilogy!
