When Georgette Hall was planning to visited Trilogy at Rio Vista several years ago, she wasn’t expecting to like it. Admittedly “very picky” and coming from a home that was custom built for her, she was shocked when she found herself quickly falling in love with this 55+ active lifestyle community.

Set on the peaceful Sacramento-San Joaquin Rivera Delta in the Bay Area, Trilogy at Rio Vista is often called “city close and country quiet,” giving homeowners the best of both the rural and metropolitan worlds. Combining the natural beauty of the wetlands with a short commute to one of America’s largest cities, San Francisco, there is never a dull moment when you live at Trilogy at Rio Vista — a fact that Georgette quickly found out!

And even more, Trilogy at Rio Vista offers a wide variety of activities within the active lifestyle community, so you can have an activity-planned schedule without ever having to leave the grounds, which is perfect for singles looking to meet new people and socialize with their peers.

“There are so many things to be engaged in. It’s a very open and welcoming community,” said Georgette. “I really love it here because of the friendliness of the residents!”

As an active person, Georgette enjoys several of Trilogy at Rio Vista’s numerous five-star resort amenities, including the Vista Club – an elegant 27,000 square foot Club with fitness facilities, indoor lap pool, delicious eating venues and other five-star amenities. The Vista Club has everything from Tai Chi classes, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, tennis, an indoor pool and spa with elevated running-track accommodations and more.

“I have always been very active, so I immediately started taking the exercise classes including the dance classes,” said Georgette. “The endless number of things to do here has really pushed me out of my comfort zone to try new and fun things.”

One of the new activities Georgette enjoys most is bocce ball, which has a large following at Trilogy at Rio Vista and organized games to take part in with fellow homeowners. “I thought it was going to be really boring, but I really enjoy it,” she said. “At Trilogy at Rio Vista, you do things you never thought you would do, because life is short. Why not?” said Georgette.

In addition to the beautiful amenities, Georgette maximizes her social time by having friends visit her home, the Belmont model. Equipped with an envy-inspiring kitchen and sit-down bar open into a great room and dining room, the Belmont model is ideal for entertaining guests and creating a warm, inviting environment. “The open floor plan allows me to interact with guests and family that come over,” said Georgette. “I entertain a couple times a month, so I love the openness.”

Designed differently inside and out, Trilogy communities help build connections with neighbors and other homeowners. The unique topography of this Northern California community gives it a luxurious resort-style feel that is second-to-none. Georgette agrees, “I mean, we are living on a golf course! I can’t brag enough about this place.”
