Popsicles - Make frozen popsicles by freezing any juice, yogurt, or smoothie. Place a popsicle stick or utensil in the center of a glass and place in the freezer. The treat should be solid after an hour and can be taken out of the container to be enjoyed. For a more interesting treat try freezing milk and sprinkling your favorite cereal on top.

Ice Cream Sandwiches - Create your own ice-cream sandwiches by baking a batch of cookies or brownies and pairing them with a delicious scoop of ice cream. The first step is to bake your cookies and let them cool. Then place a scoop of ice cream between two cookies. Mix and match any type of cookie or ice cream to your preference and savor these sweet treats.

Acai Bowl - Blend an acai bowl by adding frozen fruit in a blender with acai puree and your preference of fruit juice or milk. Blend until the mixture is thick and smooth.
