From Downtown Houston: Take Hwy 288 South. Exit Hwy 6 and make a U-turn. Exit Del Bello Boulevard. The entrance to the community is on the right. Turn left onto Cedar Creek Lane, then right onto Timpson Drive.

From Alvin: Take Hwy 6 North. Turn right onto Iowa Lane. Then, turn right onto Marsh Creek Lane, right onto Martin Ridge Drive, right onto Lake Bridge Lane, and left onto Meadow Shore Lane. Cross Del Bello Boulevard, and then take a right on Timpson Drive.

The Shea Homes sales office will be on the right.
