We invite you to stop by and take a tour of all of our townhomes for sale at Towns on Central. Two of our townhomes (Hudson & Brooklyn plans) have been professionally furnished and decorated. Prices range from high $300's - $500's. One of our homes, the Tribeca # 5, is permitted as a Live/Work townhome, so you may operate a home business from the first floor flex space.
We are open every weekend: Saturdays, 11 - 3; Sundays, 1 - 3.
We are located at the corner of Central Ave. and Chatham Ave. in Charlotte, just 3 miles from Uptown Charlotte. Please park on Chatham Ave. Note that parking is permitted only on 1 side of the street.
Please remember, when visiting our communities:
- Keep 6' between yourself and others
- Masks are required
- Look but don't touch! We will have all the lights on and internal doors open
- Only 1 group may tour a home at a time
