We’ve got some new faces in the kitchen, and they’re ready to bring their own signature touches to the delicious dishes and exceptional service that you’ve already come to know and love. Chef Ralph Cipollo is now leading and inspiring the culinary team as our new Executive Chef—and we’re excited to announce two internal promotions at Salted Brick, as Summer Smith and Jordan Silver are each taking on the role of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
Known for his talent and innovation in the kitchen, Chef Cipollo comes to us with over 20 years of experience at some of the finest clubs and resorts in the United States and the Caribbean. He held senior positions with the Boca Raton Resort and Club, Longboat Key Club, and the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas. He’s also worked in the kitchens of the prestigious Idle Hour Country Club, TPC Sawgrass, and Augusta—home of the Masters Tournament. During his impressive career, Chef Cipollo has created culinary masterpieces for four United States presidents and two Shane DE Rotisserie dinners. Just before joining us at Salted Brick, he held the role of Corporate Executive Chef for Club Med Resorts in Florida, the Caribbean, and Mexico. As you can see, his experience is incredible, and we’re thrilled to have him on our team!
Summer Smith has been a BlueStar Resort & Golf team member at Trilogy Ocala Preserve for over a year now. She started as a server at Salted Brick, and her professionalism and enthusiasm made her such an asset on the team that she was recently promoted to Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Summer is already thriving in this new leadership role.
Also joining the Food & Beverage leadership team is Jordan Silver. Jordan has been with BlueStar Resort & Golf for the past year, and during that time has proven his passion, drive, and dedication to his fellow teammates and our Members. He’s currently finishing his degree in Business Management and plans to continue his education after graduating. Jordan has many years of experience in the food & beverage industry, including at Island Pines Golf Club in Vero Beach, Florida. He also owned and operated a high-end food truck in South Florida for two years, which gave him hands-on experience with both food preparation and guest service. Jordan is eager to provide a warm, family-friendly environment for Trilogy Members and outside guests in his new role as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
