Trilogy® in Summerlin® Wins Grand Title at National Gold Nugget Awards!

Trilogy® in Summerlin®, Shea Homes®’ newest 55+ resort lifestyle community in the Las Vegas area, earned top honors at the 2019 Gold Nugget Awards presented by PCBC. Trilogy was recognized as the Grand Winner for Best Multi-Family Housing Community Under 15 Du/Acre alongside partners Design Lines a Division of TRIO and KTGY Architecture + Planning.


Now in its 56^th year, Gold Nugget Awards is the largest and most prestigious competition of its kind in the nation. It honors design and planning achievements in community and home design, among other categories. Winners were chosen from over 600 entries from around the world.

The 55+ and resort lifestyle builder was also recognized with renowned architect firm, Bassenian Lagoni, for the Solvang home design at Trilogy® at Monarch Dunes for Best Single Family Detached Home under 1,800 square feet. This was the third consecutive year Trilogy by Shea Homes earned the coveted Merit honors and the first year earning the Grand Title.
