We recently purchased almost 26 acres on the Northeast Corner of North Valley Parkway and Sonoran Desert Drive in Phoenix, and plan to build 111 two-story, single family detached homes. We anticipate having six models to tour with square footage ranging from approximately 2,025 to 2,204 square feet.
24 North will mainly offer shared, tumbled paver motor courts for every six homes, with a few exceptions. Model home construction has begun, and models are expected to open in the fall of 2016.
Located adjacent to the Sonoran Foothills™ masterplan, this new community will offer easy access to schools, shopping and restaurants, as well as extensive trails in the nearby Phoenix Sonoran Desert Preserve.
24 North is conveniently located near the I-17 — perfect for those who like to get out of town and enjoy weekend getaways to the high country. These beautiful new homes could also be great for employees of the many large corporations in the area, such as USAA®, who may want to skip a long commute.
