Shea will host refreshments for all attendees. For more information on Sam the Cooking Guy’s visit to One Oak on Saturday, Feb. 23, call 760-547-8770.
One Oak is a limited collection of 28 new homes, ranging from 4,120 to 5,875 square feet and with up to five bedrooms, 5.5 baths and three- to four-car garages. Each individual home site was carefully evaluated to position the home for the best view and coastal breeze.
One Oak was designed for entertaining and a relaxed open space lifestyle. Elevated above the equestrian neighborhood of Olivenhain in San Diego’s North County, One Oak’s unique features last fall earned it the honor of San Diego’s Community of the year by the San Diego Building Industry Association.
