Several months ago we decided to review our brand—which goes far beyond the logo and tagline, to the very core of why we exist as an organization. We examined our past, present and future and realized that we could do a better job of communicating the things that make our organization unique—the thoughtfulness that goes into the design and construction of our homes and communities and the caring and passion we bring to work every day. It’s our hope that you’ve experienced all of these first-hand.
We're proud to announce that we’ve found new ways to share our authentic story. You’ll be seeing it in our new logo. Our logo is our signature because there is no greater symbol of personal commitment than one’s signature. You will also see it in our new tagline, “Live the difference.™” It is our pledge to our customers—yourself included, of course—that Shea Homes is different because of our standards of quality, value and design. Visually, you will see a new design system featuring vibrant colors that express our passion for the way you live. This new color scheme is complemented by a flowing line that represents the continuity of life’s great moments, large and small, that happen in the most important place of all—home.
