Conventional 7/6 Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM) available on select Shea Homes located at the Luxe and Retreat Collections at The Canyons (Castle Pines, CO), Reflection Collection at Solstice (Littleton, CO), and the Legends Collection at Lyric (Lone Tree, CO). The initial note rate is 4.875% for 7 years. After the first 7-year initial period, the variable interest rate and payment will adjust every 6 months with a lifetime cap of 9.875%. The variable interest will adjust every 6 months to the 30-Day average SOFR index (3.63% as of 6/25/26) plus the margin of 2.75%.
