Limited Time Promotion for a 30-year fixed rate FHA mortgage available on select homesites at Shea Homes Community of Lucere located in Tega Cay, SC.  Payment example terms: 5.25% note rate (6.01% APR) with a 2-1 temporary buydown based on a $509,224 purchase price and $500,000 loan amount (including 1.75% upfront mortgage insurance premium), 96.5% loan-to-value, owner-occupied property, minimum qualifying 740 FICO, and 45-day lock period.
