WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
When will I learn the details of the Founders Circle Advantages?
Additional details will be shared with those who complete the Founders Circle Membership at an exclusive VIP event celebrating Founders Circle Members. The event date and location will be announced via email once all Founder Reservations are received.
How will I provide the $2000 Reservation Deposit?
Once you have filled out the Founders Circle Link below, you will receive a reservation deposit request via email from our Sales Manager, Cassidy Forand. You will be able to pay the deposit via a secure online bank transfer.
When will I hear from the team?
You will receive deposit confirmation via email from our Sales Manager Cassidy. After that, you will receive a phone call to book a Virtual Appointment from our Community Representative beginning the week of November 9th.
Is the $2,000 reservation refundable?
Yes. Your Founder Reservation is fully refundable if you decide not to move forward with a home purchase, subject to the official Founders Circle Program Terms and Conditions.
What happens if I purchase a home?
If you purchase a home at Trilogy Centerra, your Founder Reservation will be applied toward your purchase according to the Purchase Agreement and Program Terms.
