There’s no workout quite like Afturburn, Trilogy’s branded fitness program. This innovative exercise program offers the effectiveness of high-intensity interval training, the guidance and knowledge of a personal trainer, and the social motivation of a small-group fitness class. Afturburn classes include heart rate monitors and screens that show your performance—so you can measure the intensity of your workout and your progress over time. Dr. Amy: Naturopathic Physician
Dr. Amy Whittington has provided naturopathic services to Trilogy Members for over a decade, and during that time has helped our communities develop better fitness programs, healthier menus, and more progressive spa and treatment facilities. Her goal is to help Trilogy Members feel healthier and live happier. While she’s based at the Trilogy Vistancia and Trilogy at Verde River communities—where she offers acupuncture, bio-identical hormone therapy, nutritional consultations, and more—Dr. Amy’s reach extends across the entire Trilogy network. Members benefit from the health tips in her Wellness Journal on MyTrilogyLife.com. They engage in Dr. Amy’s interactive workshops through Trilogy-wide ClubConnect broadcasts.
