We have no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications. We make no guarantees regarding any information on the Site, including the accuracy of any mortgage calculators, floor plans, square footage estimates, or other features. We make no representation or guarantee regarding the investment status or future value of any home or lot. All renderings, elevations, and floor plans are conceptual and may differ from actual construction. Shea Homes reserves the right to change prices, floor plans, specifications, elevations, features, colors, and other terms without notice or obligation.

Intellectual Property - All copyrightable text, audio, video, graphics, charts, photographs and icons, design, selection, and arrangement of content in any medium on this Site is copyrighted by Shea Homes, unless otherwise noted. The distinctive and original layout and presentation of this Site also constitutes protectable trade dress under federal law. This Site may also contain references to third-party marks, which are the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized use of any of Shea Homes’ marks, or of its copyrighted material or trade dress or any other intellectual property, is strictly prohibited, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent that the law provides. All Site content is provided for your personal, non-commercial usage. By accessing the Site, you agree not to copy, use, modify, republish or transmit any portion of it without Shea Homes’ express written permission.
3. Passwords – Portions of the Site may require you to submit a password. Shea Homes will not share your password with anyone.  You must keep your password secure.
4. Links - Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Shea Homes has not reviewed those sites and does not endorse them or accept responsibility for their content or any transmissions received from them. You access linked sites is at your own risk. Shea Homes is not liable, for any damage to your computer, software, or data arising from your use of or browsing on this Site or any linked site.
