Meet Our Team Member Of The Month: Lauren Higgins

Lauren Higgins is our Tour Center Coordinator and Team Member of the Month!

Lauren is originally from Puyallup, Washington. Prior to joining our team, she was a college student studying business economics at the University of Washington, and a barista at Starbucks. As our Tour Center Coordinator, Lauren is the first friendly face that people see when they visit. She also makes sure that our Model Homes and Tour Center look gorgeous for guests, overseeing the Model Home staging and planning of sales events and teambuilding activities. Lauren handles lots of other tasks as well, such as ordering office supplies, updating the website, overseeing Tour Center Assistants, and more!

“I love being able to work with both a large team and several smaller teams,” Lauren says. “Working with a variety of people always makes for learning and new connections!” As for her favorite aspects of the Tehaleh community, Lauren says the location is what she likes most. “I truly love where this community is located! It’s so close to Crystal Mountain, which is great for skiing, and close to Tacoma, which has the waterfront and shopping centers. In the surrounding cities, there are so many opportunities to get outside and enjoy what the Pacific Northwest has to offer.”

In her free time, Lauren enjoys traveling, exploring, and hitting the road for new adventures. She likes to work out, hike, do hot yoga, stroll the waterfront, spend time with friends, and eat good food.
