Meet Our Team Member Of The Month: Teresa Baines

Meet Teresa Baines, Shea Homes^® at Jubilee^®‘s Junior Community Representative, and our Team Member of the Month!

Teresa is originally from a small farm town in Southeast Idaho. Before working at Jubilee, she attended college at Brigham Young University-Idaho, where she worked as a Head Assistant in the math department.

Teresa has worked at Shea Homes for a little over a year, and her main job is to do everything she can to help the Senior Community Representatives be successful and sell homes. She loves the team she works with, and the Members she meets. “Working here is truly an experience, not just a job,” she says.

When asked about her favorite aspect of the community, Teresa says, “I love that Jubilee Members are so friendly and welcoming. Neighbors often get to know each other before they even move in!”

And when asked what people are most surprised to learn about when it comes to the community, Teresa shared, “People don’t realize how close we are to the water and all the wonderful benefits that come from that. The view of the Puget Sound coming in is really breathtaking.”

In her free time, Teresa enjoys reading, listening to music, cooking, and personal fitness. “I grew up in a really large family. I’m the oldest of 8, which makes for a family of 10! I married my wonderful husband in 2015, and we’re coming up on our year and a half mark.”
