This is the third new-build home we have purchased in 7 years with the Trilogy at the Polo Club easily being the best experience. We had every opportunity to walk the property during the build. The walk through prior to closing uncovered only minor cosmetic issues to repair. All of these were resolved in time for closing. The quality, attention to detail and consistency of the construction is fantastic. The experience from sales representative to closing and after has been awesome!
