2017 Sneak Peek: What’s in Store for Shea Homes® Arizona in the Coming Year

It has been a busy year for us here at Shea Homes® Arizona. We opened four new communities: the modern gated community of 24 North in North Phoenix, the beautiful Carino Villas condominiums in Chandler, the luxurious Vantage condos in Ahwatukee, and the Shea 3D community Ambition at Eastmark in Mesa.

And while it’s always exciting to open new communities, the most rewarding part of this business in helping families select, build, and ultimately move into their dream homes.

So after all this activity in 2016, will we be slowing the pace in 2017? Not a chance! In the coming year, we will be opening more Shea Homes communities to meet continued demand, and welcoming even more happy homeowners to the Shea family. Here’s a peek at some of our upcoming activity.

The Reserves – Gilbert

In spring 2017, we will open the doors to our luxury gated Gilbert development, The Reserves. Here, we plan to offer 383 four single-story, distinctive floor plans, measuring approximately 3,282 – 3,982 square feet.

Cantilena – Peoria

In summer 2017, we will welcome not one but three developments within the Cantilena community in Peoria, giving homebuyers a variety of floorplans to choose from.

Recker Pointe – Gilbert

In the second half of 2017, we will be opening yet another 3 communities in Gilbert in Recker Pointe, located at Ray and Recker Roads. Here, we expect to offer some of our most popular floorplans, ranging in size from approximately 1,723 – 3,351 square feet.
