Make sure you sign up for the Interest List as soon as possible so you can stay in the loop and get updates about sneak previews, information sessions, grand openings, and more. Finally, take time to explore each community on your list. Schedule an appointment with our Community Representatives. Walk the neighborhoods. Tour the homes. After you’ve found the place you would like to call home, there are some financial requirements you’ll want to get squared away. First, check to see if you are eligible to pre-qualify for a mortgage or loan with one of Shea Homes’ trusted lenders.* Then, complete a profile to see what you might be able to afford. Our team will help you hone in on your ideal home by providing you with multiple rates to fit your budget. Lastly, review your finances and make sure things are in order so that your loan is ready to be approved.

This cool platform allows you to take a virtual tour of your future home, and select your favorite design options like flooring, cabinets, countertops and more. When you visit the Shea Design Studio, you'll be able to meet with a Designer and go over the saved selections for your new Shea Home!

Sometimes plans don’t go…well, as planned. For example, material shortages or delays with municipalities can impact our construction timelines.
