Trilogy® by Shea Homes’® Expansion Receives Strong Response from Prospective Buyers as Interest Lists Grow in Boise, Vegas, Brentwood and Sacramento
Initial Offering at Sunstone Vegas 100% Reserved; First Boise Info Session Attracts 490 Customers  
Scottsdale, AZ. (April 8, 2020) – Trilogy® by Shea Homes® announced that its recent acquisitions are seeing excellent interest from prospective Trilogy buyers thus far. Sunstone in Vegas is currently taking pre-opening reservations for a series of home site releases that started in mid-March. Valor near Boise is already conducting a series of Info Sessions and virtual events as it begins its launch, Kindred & Balfour in the East Bay Area has opened their Priority Purchase List and Bickford Ranch near Sacramento will begin Info Sessions this spring.
Trilogy Valor near Boise will be located just e southwest of Boise in the burgeoning small town of Kuna, 16 miles from downtown and adjacent to the Falcon Crest Golf Club. As part of the Valor masterplan, the Trilogy® Valor neighborhood is planned to offer a resort club and popular Shea home designs in an attainable, attractive area with a wide variety of outdoor recreation close to the community.
Trilogy Valor welcomed almost 500 participants to its first virtual Information Session, with the next Session taking place in later spring. Homebuyers are encouraged to join the Interest List to learn about this Info Session as well as receive regular email updates and have the first opportunity to hear about new community details, amenities, home designs, exclusive events, pricing, and early homesite reservations. The first homesite release will be coming soon, so homebuyers are encouraged to join the Interest List now to stay updated as the community progresses.
Another new community, Trilogy Sunstone, has just completed its first homesite release for pre-opening reservations, an event held entirely virtually. This new community in desirable northwest Las Vegas within the Sunstone masterplan had 100% of homesites reserved through the release. In Northern California, Kindred & Balfour, Shea Homes’ newest 55+ community in Brentwood, just released its first set of homesites and is now taking reservations. The next Information Session is April 16th, so call for more details and to sign up. Trilogy Bickford Ranch in the Sierra Nevada foothills just outside Sacramento has generated a growing interest list and will begin a series of Design and Info Sessions this spring.
