Which Trilogy Community Style is Right For You?
May 7, 2015
Trilogy communities across the country offer members spacious homes, upscale amenities as well as resort quality clubhouses and activities. But, while you’re sure to find aspects of each Trilogy location to fall in love with, we know that there is that perfect community you will feel automatically at home in the second you step into it.
While we can’t promise every day will be sunny, some of our desert communities enjoy over 250 days of sun per year – perfect to enjoy every bit of time you spend out on the green. If you love feeling the warm air whip by as you speed around in a golf cart, you’ll feel right at home in one of the many Trilogy locations that contain a world-class golf course, or are located near one. But, don’t be fooled, golf isn’t the only pastime enjoyed by residents of communities like Trilogy at Wickenburg Ranch, Trilogy and Vistancia and Encanterra Country Club! Gorgeous pools, fantastic clubs and homes with sprawling floorplans offer neighbors the ideal location to settle down and enjoy their favorite, or discover new, hobbies. Scroll through the images below to get a taste of what each of these sunny resort-style retreats has to offer and learn more on our communities page.
Whether you’re a wine connoisseur, enjoy an occasional toast with close friends, or simply love the peaceful atmosphere of rolling hills covered in growing grapevines, Trilogy Enclave at Rice Ranch and Trilogy at the Vineyards both offer residents beautiful views and spacious homes to welcome in guests. Nestled into California’s Central Coast wine country, Trilogy Enclave at Rice Ranch is situated within over 325 acres of rolling hillsides, oak-studded woodlands and grassy meadows perfect for enjoying a picnic. Just north a-ways, Trilogy at the Vineyards in Brentwood is set amongst active olive groves and vineyards (can we pour anyone a glass of Petite Syrah?). With similarly stunning views, either of these locations is sure to impress residents and visitors alike.
If you crave hiking, biking, fishing and other outdoor adventures, seek out Trilogy communities where other adventurers have made their home. While all Trilogy communities offer an abundance of outdoor activities, explorations and clubs that gather community members to experience different ventures, some communities put this feature front and foremost. If you feel at home near the water, start your online exploration at Shea Homes at Jubilee, which offers stunning views of the Puget Sound; Trilogy at Lake Norman, just minutes from all of the water activities Lake Norman has to offer; or Trilogy at Lake Frederick, which is built around the 120-acre Lake Frederick. Mountain views more your thing? While Trilogy at Lake Frederick sits at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, on the opposite coast, Trilogy at Tehaleh is nestled in the shadow of Mount Rainier and within protected forest preserves, ideal for long hikes.
With such beautiful homes to entertain in and amazing clubhouse amenities onsite, some often find that finding a reason to leave their Trilogy community is difficult! While both Trilogy Orlando and Trilogy at The Polo Club are close to major cities (Orlando, Florida and Palm Spring, California, respectively), these communities, as well as many others make hosting a dinner party, enjoying a book poolside, or grabbing a bite to eat at the clubhouse a desired affair.
Not ready to settle down quite yet? Satiate your taste for adventure at a Trilogy resort that’s touted for its central locale. We’ve already demonstrated how many Trilogy communities are located within minutes of exciting adventure and large metro cities, but we couldn’t leave out Trilogy at Rio Vista, situated near the Sacramento Delta; Trilogy at Monarch Dunes, hours drives from both Los Angeles and San Francisco, and Shea Homes at Ardiente, located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. While each of these communities offers a quiet home-life, they’re also just days away from fun weekend trips to places like the Mojave Desert, San Francisco, Sacramento, and San Louis Obispo. Even while you’re home, you’ll find beautifully comfortable spaces where you can settle in to plan your next adventure!
