I am a firm believer that everything happens when it's supposed to happen. I had looked at this house about 4 or 5 times and was lucky enough to be able to purchase it when my house finally sold.
The effort made by Shea Homes has been exceptional! The Field Manager kept us abreast of progress on a weekly basis once ground was broken and the Warranty Manager was very affective at addressing any issues that surfaced post delivery. Once your in your home you realize your neighbors are all very friendly and happy! You can't go wrong with Shea Homes at Trilogy!
Very well-informed team that worked with us from the beginning through completion of our designer home. We love the area and ammenities that Lake Frederick has to offer. The warrany team goes above and beyond to make everything right after move-in and 1 month.
