This new design program lets you enjoy the best part of buying a new home by making the design process easy and fun. Working with the same designers who make our Model Homes and Resort Clubs look so fabulous, we’ve curated collections by style, selecting on-trend items that work together to add beauty and interest throughout your home.
 

How Does DesignJoy™ Work?

When you’re ready to select the design elements in your home—from cabinets to flooring to fixtures, and more—you’ll be able to choose from five different design styles, with collections that include Classic Chic, Fresh & Clean, and Modern Vibe.
 
After you select your style choice, you’ll choose from three different levels of options within that collection and you can mix and match certain elements between levels. This allows you to truly personalize your home to complement your individual style and taste. Our professional designers have selected all of the options within each collection, you don’t have to worry about making a wrong choice. All of the design elements within the collection work beautifully together.

   

Thanks to easy to use videoconference tools like Zoom, this entire process can be completed through a virtual appointment online with our Designers, in light of social distancing guidance. You’ll be able to explore all of the design options through your computer—and you can make your design decisions with confidence, knowing that you have this innovative program will make it easy and simple to guide you through the process.
