We’ve created an exciting new program called Early Access Membership at select Trilogy communities that lets you live like a homeowner before you close on your new home! This is an awesome opportunity to meet your new neighbors and feel completely at home in your community before settling into your brand new home. Plus, it’s a chance to do more of what you love, sooner—whether that’s trying a new hobby, raising a glass with fellow wine lovers, or focusing on wellness to re-discover the best version of yourself.
 
Wondering what Early Access Membership gives you access to? Pretty much everything you’ll enjoy when you move in!

Early Access Membership is available to homebuyers at select Trilogy communities who are under contract for a new home and haven’t yet closed on it. Participating communities include Encanterra, Trilogy Lake Norman,  Trilogy at Lake Frederick,  Trilogy in Summerlin, Trilogy at The Polo Club, Trilogy at Tehaleh, Trilogy at Verde River, and as they debut, Trilogy Sunstone, and Trilogy Valor. Early Access Members pay monthly Club dues, just like current homeowners, and in most cases there’s no initiation fee until you close on your home.

This program is completely optional, so if waiting to start your Membership when you close on your home is a better option for you, no problem!  Early Access Membership is here as an option for those who choose to start enjoying the community, Club, and lifestyle in advance of the home close.
