Shea Homes® Wins Two Silver Awards for its Trilogy® Valor community in the National Association of Home Builders’ 2025 The Nationals Competition

Exciting news from the Trilogy® Valor community in Kuna, Idaho! The community has been named a Silver Award winner in the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) 2025 The Nationals Competition in two categories: 

•    Best Community Amenity for a 55+ Buyer - Treasure Valley Social Club
•    Best 55+ Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced Under $500,000

The Nationals: Recognizing the Best in Homebuilding

The Nationals is NAHB’s premier awards program, celebrating the best in homebuilding across the country. The competition highlights homebuilders, interior designers, ad agencies, architects, landscape architects, sales professionals and others for their outstanding achievements.
 
More than 1,100 entries were submitted, with 325 Silver Award winners selected by a panel of 16 industry judges. From this group, the Gold Awards will be named and honored at the National Awards Ceremony in Orlando, Florida, on February 17, 2026.
