Nationally recognized developer and builder offering presales on tailored, upscale homes


CULPEPER, Va. — Nationally recognized developer and builder Shea Homes® is offering presales on tailored, upscale homes at ThreeOaks™, a new 55+ Trilogy® Boutique Community™, under construction in Culpeper, Va., with model homes opening in spring 2026. The homes offered will include some of Shea Homes' most popular designs from our Freedom Collection, all with single-level, openconcept layouts.
