CULPEPER, Va. — Nationally recognized developer and builder Shea Homes® is offering presales on tailored, upscale homes at ThreeOaks™, a new 55+ Trilogy® Boutique Community™, under construction in Culpeper, Va., with model homes opening in spring 2026.
