The Next Evolution In The Active Lifestyle Experience.

The Mita Club is first and foremost an extension of every Member’s home. Featuring a resort-styled setting with 11,000 interior square feet and 6,000 square feet of covered patio space, The Mita Club will have areas dedicated to relaxation, fitness, food, contemplation, games, and more. This is a place where Members and guests will come together, make new friends, and enjoy the free time they have worked so diligently to earn.

The Mita Club will include a fitness studio, expansive locker rooms, a culinary studio, a small cafe, a larger movement/yoga/workout room than what currently exists at Trilogy’s Kiva Club, and a poolside cantina for light food and beverages. A resort style pool completes the plan, with expansive decking, cabanas, nearby restrooms, and a wonderful grassy area set aside for Members who want to sun on the lawn rather than poolside.

The Mita Club is the creation of the team at H&S International, one of the most highly-respected club architectural firms in the country. Their portfolio includes Silverleaf, Desert Highlands, Encanterra Country Club, and more.

Designed to let the outside in and the inside out, The Mita Club will take full advantage of the mild Arizona climate, with seamlessly connected indoor/outdoor spaces replete with comfortable furniture and distinct experiences.
