Step 1: Decide if You’re Ready to Live the Good Life at Trilogy

Trilogy Active Lifestyle Communities, a division of Shea Homes, one of the largest family owned homebuilders in the United States, are designed for people who are ready to take full advantage of what life has to offer, while having fun, feeling great and discovering new opportunities along the way. Awarded the #1 Most Trusted Resort Community Builder for three years in a row by Lifestory Research, Trilogy strives to ensure each location offers a variety of model homes and floorplans to fit your needs; whether you love to cook, host dinner parties and events, or soak up the sun outside, there is a home – with high-end amenities – designed for your lifestyle.

If you believe you’re ready to step out of your home each day to experience a community that offers resort-style amenities such as:  award-winning golf courses, luxurious spas, stunning clubhouses and more, you’ve already completed the first step towards purchasing your new Trilogy home!

Step 2: Explore the Trilogy Difference

Once you know you’re ready to live The Good Life at Trilogy, you’ll want to explore the Trilogy Difference. There are four ways to get a glance inside Trilogy homes and communities and all we have to offer:

  1. Look around our website! There is an abundance of information about us and our 16 (and counting) different locations online – it’s a great first place to start. Plus, if you have any questions, there’s a handy online chat feature at the bottom right corner of any page you’re on where you can ask an Online Representative anything you’d like.
  2. Attend an onsite event. If you have determined what Trilogy community you may be interested in calling home, visit their events page and come out for a visit.
  3. Set up a tour. Our community Tour Center staff is just waiting to show off everything we have to offer. Just call the toll-free number to set up an appointment at your earliest convenience:  1-(800)-685-6494.
  4. Try Before You Buy. Get a sample of The Good Life by experiencing the resort lifestyle firsthand. Learn more about our Try Before You Buy program and book today.

Step 3: Connect with a Community Representative

The next step in your path to ownership at Trilogy is to connect with a dedicated Community Representative at the location you are interested in. Your representative will be able to help guide you through your home research, introduce you to a loan representative, put you in touch with your very own Designer and connect you with your Field Manager. Don’t be surprised if they also reach out with surprise check-in phone calls or help you to get to know your neighbors – even before you move in!

Step 4: Experience The Good Life

The last step on any list is usually the best, and this is no exception. Once you and your Trilogy Community Representative have worked through the full building process and you see your home has been constructed and styled just for you – your Home Delivery, as we call it, you’ll be able to move in and experience The Good Life to its fullest. Start each day with a fitness class at your athletic club – or maybe some outdoor Tai Chi, dive into a delicious lunch at new eatery, perfect your brush stroke during a painting course or your golf stroke on the green, and end the day with a toast at happy hour will all of your new neighbors.
