The Autograph Collection includes six floorplans in total, with both single-story and two-story homes ranging from approximately 2,601 to 6,200 square feet. An extra bedroom can welcome guests, support multigenerational living, or create a dedicated place to work from home. Optional finished basements add even more flexibility as schedules and activities shift from outdoors to indoors for the colder seasons.
