Evergold or Dahlia? The struggle is real.

Our two most popular designs — the Evergold and the Dahlia — both offer two-story luxe living, but each has unique features that appeal to different needs and tastes.
 
For instance: Are you a fan of warm or cool colors? The Evergold features cool tones with gray wood floors, white cabinets, and medium gray walls for a very contemporary color scheme. The Dahlia’s warmer tones create a more traditional feel with pinewood floors, light gold walls, and espresso brown cabinets.

 
Have you thought about how much space you will need? While the Dahlia is beautifully spread out over 4,047 square feet with four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, the Evergold boasts 4,168 square feet with five bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Both include plenty of elbow room, but some people may need that additional bedroom. In addition, if you’re looking to store a boat or motorcycle, the Evergold hooks you up with a four-car garage with a two-bay side-load, offering plenty of room for all your recreational toys.
 
The kitchens in both homes are built to entertain and inspire chef-style meals. Both highlight double sinks, massive eat-in islands, and walk-in pantries — but the Dahlia goes one step further with a hearth room and fireplace to the side of the kitchen island. Sounds perfect for those cool Colorado winter mornings, right?  
Where do you prefer your master bedroom: on the main floor or upstairs, above the fray? The Dahlia’s master bedroom is located on the main level and offers a “city” feel with wood floors, an exposed brick wall, and square-shaped windows above the bed. The Evergold has a more traditional master bedroom upstairs with carpeting and a row of windows on one side of the room. 
 
Lastly, let’s compare the spa-like bathrooms. No matter which home you choose, you can’t go wrong with these luxurious features. The Evergold lavishes you in cool gray tile and white fixtures with a free-standing tub and a spacious walk-in shower with seat. If that’s not impressive enough, you’ll relish filling up a large walk-in closet. The Dahlia has a more masculine overtone with dark wood cabinetry and light gold tile. This bathroom also features a free-standing tub and walk-in shower, but instead of one huge walk-in closet, you get two.
