With so much happening at The Dunes on Monterey Bay, it’s truly hard to keep track of all the changes.

Here are a few updates and photos of things you might have missed in the last month or two:

The Dunes on Monterey Bay

  • The popular Boat House home plans by Shea Homes® are now selling. These homes feature 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 3 car garages, and an included Suite Home apartment unit above the detached garage. The two stunning designer model homes are open daily to tour during regular business hours. A few select homes are now available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A variety of new shops and restaurants are now open at The Dunes Shoppes. Dametra is now open, and features amazing fresh Mediterranean food, full bar, 12 beers on tap, and an outdoor patio complete with fire pits! The Wells Fargo ATM is open and fully functional in front of Blaze Pizza so you can grab some cash and then head to one of the many open eateries. Armed Forces Career Center is in the works, and signs for this location are already up. We know many more great things are coming soon to The Dunes Shoppes.   • The new park is now open within the neighborhood, and includes a fun play structure and green space to run around with the little ones or your furry friends. Plus, picnic tables, stadium style grass seating, and static workout equipment make for a nifty place to stop on your morning job.
  • Our new neighbors are moving in, with over 290 homes sold since the opening of The Dunes, socializing with your new neighbors is a breeze! Get to know your neighbors and find those with similar interests at one of the neighborhood events, or at the new park.
