Even good credit can be improved. And having your best credit score may help you obtain better financing terms. There are many factors that go into determining a credit score. Some of these factors include: past payment history on credit accounts, the amount of credit outstanding, the length of time the accounts have been opened, and many more.
Through the Credit Enhancement process, our Customer Plus+ representatives can show you how each of these factors may be impacting your credit score. More importantly, we can show you how you may be able to improve your credit score by taking a few simple actions. We will work with you 1-on-1 to provide you guidance on how you may improve your credit score.
In some cases, customers may have more serious past credit issues or very little current established credit. In these situations, your Customer Plus+ representative may suggest our Credit Rebuilding platform.
The Credit Rebuilding platform takes a longer view of a customer's individual credit situation. Typically taking 3-6 months, this program is designed to begin preparing our customers today to be ready for homeownership in the near future. Over the course of several months, the customer is provided with personal financial training, credit management strategies, as well as working with us to rebuild their personal credit profile. Right up front, our customers are told what is expected of them, how long the process is likely to take, and what may be their rewards at the end.
And while this program may take a bit of time and effort, your Customer Plus+ representative will be with you all along the way. The payoff for these successful Customer Plus+ candidates, is realizing the dream of homeownership.
