*Limited Time 7/1 Portfolio Adjustable Rate Mortgage (7/1 ARM) with a 2-1 Temporary Buydown available on select quick move-in homes (Homesites 27, 28, 43, 45, 46, 49) at Symmetry at Magnolia by Shea Homes (Chandler, AZ). The 2-1 Temporary Buydown is where a portion of the payment for the first two years is prepaid by the Seller via incentive (placed in a custodial escrow account).
