We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: seven Trilogy® 55+ resort communities have earned recognition as Private Communities Registry’s 2026 Most Popular Communities of the Year. 

Private Communities Registry (PCR) is an online resource for real estate shoppers researching master-planned lifestyle communities, including golf, lakefront, coastal, mountain, and 55+ communities. Each year, PCR highlights the communities that generated the highest level of engagement on its website during the previous calendar year, from requests for information to exploring amenities.

North West:

 Trilogy® Valor (Kuna, ID) – Just ~16 miles southwest of downtown Boise in the Treasure Valley is Trilogy Valor, which is within the master plan of Valor. With a 36-hole golf course in Valor and mountains, rivers and outdoor recreation nearby, this community is well suited for outdoor enthusiasts seeking a gated golf community. 

Verterra® - a Trilogy® Boutique Community® (Bonney Lake, WA) – Surrounded by lush forests and rich land, Verterra is situated within the Tehaleh® master plan, which boasts ~1,800 acres of open space, trails, parks and so much more. Mount Rainier provides a beautiful backdrop for this community just ~40 minutes from Seattle. With the resort-style club coming soon, life is about to get even sweeter.
