Ridgecrest’s Traverse floorplan was a finalist in the same category, and its Costa floorplan was a finalist for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home Priced $750,000 to $1 Million.

The MAME Awards acknowledge the outstanding efforts of homebuilders, land developers, interior designers, architects, sales associates and other building professionals that help make the Valley’s homebuilding industry a national leader. They are considered some of the most coveted awards in the industry.
The 40th Annual MAME Awards Ceremony took place on May 2, 2026, at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort and Spa, bringing together more than 600 homebuilding professionals. Nearly 250 entries were received, and awardees were selected by a panel of top industry experts.
