Shea Homes Arizona recently broke ground on a new single-family home community in Avondale: Acclaim at Alamar. Two model homes are under construction for Acclaim at Alamar Phase 1, where we have 34 homesites planned. And when 2021 rolls around, the second phase of construction is planned to include 48 homesites.
The master-planned community at Alamar is all about building a sense of community. Alamar’s greatest allure is its community spaces—acres of parks and recreational areas made for lively social gatherings and events.
