Shea Homes® Houston is pleased to share that three of our own master-planned developments – Evergreen™ in Conroe, Woodhavyn™ in Magnolia, and Wildtree™ in unincorporated Montgomery County – are assigned to two of the top 10 school districts in the Greater Houston Area, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Campbell Elementary School, the Conroe ISD school on-site at Evergreen, is set to open in August for Pre-K through sixth grade. The school is estimated to accommodate as many as 950 students upon completion. Construction of this school was approved in a November 2023 bond vote. Move-in ready homes are available in this community now, so young families can settle in just in time for the new school opening.

In the Magnolia ISD enrollment zone, Woodhavyn is the latest Shea-developed community to open for sales in the Houston area. Your family can move into this nature-focused new home community – and enjoy schools in one of the top-rated local districts – as early as this summer.

Wildtree is slated to open for sales later in 2025 and is also assigned to Magnolia ISD. Sign up for the Wildtree interest list now so you can be the first to know about sales, model home openings, development news and more.
