Evergreen is Shea Homes’ largest Houston-area master plan, set on 740 acres in popular Conroe, Texas. This master planned community plans to feature nature-inspired amenities and a layout that honors the land’s natural environment, with a creek traversing the community and over 100 acres of parks, green space, trails, and other natural amenities—plus a pool to make the most of the Texas sunshine.

Evergreen is just minutes away from several access points to the Houston highway system, including I-45 and the Grand Parkway, putting the Woodlands, the airport, and downtown Houston well within reach. Shea Homes is the exclusive builder within the Evergreen master plan community, which will include over 2,000 new build homes when complete. Homesites will range from 40 feet to 70 feet, with your choice of American Traditional, French Countryside, or Modern Transitional design styles. Multiple exterior options, including brick and stucco, offer visual variety within the community.
