Self-guided model home tours to meet your personal needs.
At Shea Homes, we’ve always been committed to meeting our customers’ evolving lifestyle needs. That’s why we’re excited to bring UTour self-guided home tours to the Shea experience, so you can discover your dream home on your own terms. A self-guided tour allows you to tour a house without an agent, giving you access to the property via a personal door code. With this self-guided tour technology, you’re free to explore every nook and cranny of our homes with ease and privacy, whether it’s before or after office hours. What’s more, when you self-tour a home with Shea, you may be able to utilize our SheaConnect™ features in homes outfitted with the Amazon Echo to ask questions. Start exploring self-tour homes for sale today, or learn more about our virtual home buying program.
Once you find the home you want to visit, scheduling a self-tour is easy:
On the day of your tour, arrive at your selected time and enter the home using your door code. Once inside, you can personalize your self-guided home tour experience:
When your appointment time is over, simply close the front door behind you to end your tour (don’t forget your belongings!). Our Community Representatives will be in touch to answer any questions you may have.
UTour self-guided home tours are available at select communities.
