Today’s the big day!

Friday’s are always great, but they’re never better for us than when we also get to celebrate the grand opening of a brand-new community –Reserves Estates at Eastmark!

This addition to one of the Valley’s fastest growing suburbs brings 39 homesites across 15 acres to an exclusive gated community located on the southwest corner of Ray Road and Signal Butte Road.

Now, this grand opening is obviously a little different than our usual fare, but more on that later.

The Reserves Estates at Eastmark offers beautifully designed new homes for sale ranging from ~3,078 to 3,983 square feet, with three to six bedrooms. Floorplans feature gourmet kitchens, flexible spaces, and three- to four-car garages, providing plenty of room for your toys and gear.

Homes also have larger lots with generous 90-foot wide homesites, for a unique and spacious feel. Four unique single-story floorplans offer covered patios, and optional upgrades like rolling walls of glass, extended casitas, and exterior patio fireplaces to take advantage of the lot size so you can build the ultimate backyard escape.

These homes are designed to be more than a collection of a kitchen, living room, and bedrooms; master room retreats, studies, game rooms, dens, and breakfast nooks elevate the floorplans into something more personal. Flexible spaces offer you the chance to create the room you’ve always dreamed of, be it the perfect office, the enviable home theatre, or a motivational gym.

Designed to appeal to move-up buyers, families with growing children, empty nesters and established professionals, The Reserves Estates at Eastmark is an exclusive community experience private amenities. The Estates at Eastmark is located within the larger master planned development of Eastmark, which is comprised of 3,200 acres on 5 square miles.

Enjoy all the conveniences of Eastmark's Great Park plus the exclusive, centrally located private clubhouse with a fitness studio, stylish gathering spaces, and a resort-style pool. An interconnected trail system inspires exploration on foot or bike, and outdoor social areas—including fire pits, a large grilling area, a yoga/activity lawn, and children’s play areas—designed to bring people together.

While Eastmark features and amenities are currently closed for the health and safety of the residents, we look forward to a point in the near future when these amenities will once again be available to use and enjoy.
The Loop 202 and U.S 60 Freeway are just minutes away, offering easy access to the dining and shopping of San Tan Village, as well as an enormous network of pristine hiking trails.
