Region’s 117, the premier farm-to-table restaurant at Trilogy® at Lake Frederick, has been recognized again by the national dining website OpenTable with its noted Diners’ Choice Award.

Run by Executive Chef Scott Bilstad, the restaurant focuses on “Food You Know” featuring ingredients from farms, bakeries, orchards, and wineries within the 117-mile surrounding area. After opening last July, Region’s 117 received its first Diners’ Choice Award the following month. The restaurant is part of the 36,000-square-foot Shenandoah Lodge & Athletic Club, and its staff also provides catering for weddings and other events on site.

Congratulations to Chef Bilstad, Region’s 117, and the entire team at Trilogy at Lake Frederick, for its second OpenTable Diners’ Choice Award recognition!
