Limited Time Conventional 7/6 Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) with a 2-1 Temporary Buydown available on select quick move-in homes at ReVel by Shea Homes (San Marcos, CA). The 2-1 Temporary Buydown is where a portion of the payment for the first two years is prepaid by the Seller via incentive (placed in a custodial escrow account).
