 Limited Time Conventional 7/6 Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) with a 2-1 Temporary Buydown available on select quick move-in homes at Amplitude by Shea Homes (San Marcos, CA). The 2-1 Temporary Buydown is where a portion of the payment for the first two years is prepaid by the Seller via incentive (placed in a custodial escrow account). The temporary payment rate is 2% lower than the note rate for the first year of the loan and 1% lower than the note rate for the second year of the loan.
