Limited Time 7/1 Portfolio Adjustable Rate Mortgage (7/1 ARM) with a 1-0 Temporary Buydown available on select quick move-in homes at Bay House by Shea Homes (Marina, CA). The 1-0 Temporary Buydown is where a portion of the payment for the first year is prepaid by the Seller via incentive (placed in a custodial escrow account). The temporary payment rate is 1% lower than the note rate for the first year of the loan. The initial note rate is 4.875% / 6.145% APR, fixed for the first seven years of the loan (84 months). The advertised Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 6.145% is based on a Portfolio 7/1 ARM, 30 year fully amortizing term, with a Purchase Price of $1,080,000, Loan Amount of $972,000, 740 FICO Score, Owner Occupied, 45 Day Lock Period.
