We love Community Representative David. The 1-year after service is great with follow up meetings. Good quality home for a decent price. Landscaping is nice. Love the high ceilings, big room sizes and patio.

Construction is very nice and of good quality. Construction manager Peyton was extremely helpful in the introduction to the new home and helped provided lots of great information.

I was very pleased with the staff and how I was treated. There are a few things that have to be completed as we did our one-month visit. Josh Istre in Construction is amazing, I know the items will be taken care of. He was honest with us and kept his word on everything discussed.
